Register a player

Pay $10 per player, per day ($20 for both days) by cash or card on the day, or online when you register.

Every player needs a signed waiver. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to complete it. Doing it online before the day means no waiting at the door, and it takes about three minutes.

Register online right here on our website. Paper waivers are also available at the sign-in table.

If we have to cancel a day, anyone who paid online gets a full refund, and if you were paying on the day there's nothing to pay. We'll let everyone know by email and on Instagram.

FAQ

Good questions

Does it cost anything?

Community Days in Esperance and Kalgoorlie are $10 per player, per day. You can pay cash or card on the day, or online when you register. Be One is a not-for-profit. Some sessions are free and some have a small fee. Money from fees, the sausage sizzle and sponsors goes back into running more sessions. Any questions, email info@b1hoops.au.

My child has never played. Is that okay?

Never played? Perfect. Lots of people start here. Coaches group players by age and experience so everyone has fun.

Do parents have to stay?

You don't have to. Be One's adult coaches supervise every player the whole time. Parents and carers are very welcome to stay and watch though, and the sizzle is for you too.

What ages can come?

Players aged 4 and up are welcome, including teens and adults. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign their waiver.

What if a day is cancelled?

If we have to cancel a day, anyone who paid online gets a full refund, and if you were paying on the day there's nothing to pay. We'll let everyone know by email and on Instagram.

Can we come to both days?

Yes. You can choose "Both days" when you register and only sign once. Entry is $10 per day, so $20 for both.

Who will be looking after the players?

Be One's adult coaches supervise every player the whole time. All of our coaches and organisers hold a current Working with Children Check.

Are there allergens in the food?

The sausage sizzle may contain gluten and other allergens. Please list any allergies on the waiver and let us know at the sign-in table.

Will there be photos?

We may share photos from the day on Instagram (@b1hoopsau), but only of players whose guardians said yes on the waiver. Surnames are never posted.
