You don't have to stay. Be One's adult coaches supervise every player the whole time. This just helps us plan numbers for the court and the sausage sizzle.

3Medical & emergency

4Payment

Entry is $10 per player, per day ($20 if you come to both days). Be One is a not-for-profit, so the money goes back into running more sessions.

If we have to cancel a day, anyone who paid online gets a full refund, and if you were paying on the day there's nothing to pay. We'll let everyone know by email and on Instagram (@b1hoopsau).

5Risk, photos & signature

Basketball is a physical sport. Players can get hurt, for example with sprains, falls, bumps or jarred fingers, even with good supervision. By signing, I confirm that:

The player is fit and well enough to take part, and I have listed any medical conditions above. I understand the risks of basketball and other physical activities, and I accept them for the player. The player will follow the instructions of Be One coaches and venue staff, and may be asked to sit out if play is unsafe. I release Be One, its organisers and volunteers from claims for injury, loss or damage, except where caused by their negligence. Be One is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Nothing in this form removes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
